What it does
- Plot any function you type, several at once, over a window you set
- Trace along a curve and read the coordinates
- Intersections, where two plotted functions meet
- Roots, where a function crosses zero
- Table, the tabulated values of a function across an interval
- Regression, fitting a curve to a data set you enter
- Course workspaces, a saved place per class holding its functions, data lists and window settings
It runs entirely on the device. There is no signal requirement, and nothing to load.
What it is not
It is a companion, not a replacement. Exams ban phones, so the physical calculator stays yours. We make no claim that any examination board permits this app, and you should not take one into a room where a phone is not allowed.
What it costs
Free to download, and the free tier is a complete scientific calculator and function plotter, enough to finish the work that made you install it. It keeps nothing between sessions and does not include the depth.
One payment of $19.99 unlocks trace, intersections, roots, tables, regressions and course workspaces, permanently, on every device signed in to the same Apple ID. Nothing renews, and there is no advertising in either tier.
